Ars Electronica Garden Barcelona is promoted by the Institut Ramon Llull, NewArtFoundation/.BEEP {collection}, Hangar – Center for Art Research and Production, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) / ISEA Barcelona and OFFF Barcelona, with the collaboration of the Ministry of  Culture of Catalonia. This pool of artistic, academic and technological  institutions reflects the richness and heterogeneity of Barcelona’s electronic and digital art scene.
